Submission manager - This means you're in charge of submitting the works our members give us and giving proper credit.
Max Submission Managers: 1

Member manager - you get to manage our members, add them to the journal whenever you get a join note. This is probably the easiest job XD
Max Member Managers: 1

Contest submission manager - you get to get into action whenever a contest starts. if contest submissions are coming in, it is your job to post the pictures elsewhere (not here possibly on photobucket?) and make a journal entry giving the links.
Max Contest Submission Managers: 1(the number may rise to 2 if we get a lot of submissions)

Voting manager - once votes come in, it is your job to count them. Somewhat easy, if you're into math.. lol
Max Voting Managers: 1

Contest Supervisor - you check our contest entries as well as our members making sure they're applicable for the contest. Makes you like the contest party-pooper XD You have to take out submissions and members from contest if they don't follow the rules.
Max Contest Supervisors: 1

Substitute - This position has been HEAVILY changed. Please read. Substitutes are -somewhat- like the owners. They have to add members, and submit art. It is not required that you be EXTREMELY active but helping us out once in a week would be nice. Practically, you have a mix of all the jobs here. But it is less demanding than all other jobs.

Things you may need to know:

You may need to be active in order to be considered for staff position. Depends on how much attention that category requires. For example,
voting manager may only need to pop up when there's a contest. However, a
submission manager and a
member manager may require you to come here often to check up on things.

The owner and co-owner have all the power to also do the work of others. Such as add members, submissions, etc. The only reason I'm getting a staff is so that we don't get so overworked.

We also require our staff applicants to be nice. You don't have to be the best artist, or have 10,000 and more to be here, but we would appreciate it if we received no complaints of having a mean staff. I'm saying this because I KNOW how bad it feels to have some tit-sucking asswipe as a superior.

It happened to a community I loved, and I don't want it happening at MY club.

Staff members may not do two positions at a time. We'd like for EVERYBODY to get a chance to be in the staff. Doing the work for another staff member is appreciated, but not necessary. That's why we're getting substitutes
